Expand your service offerings with the Complete Enterprise Cloud
Your customers are increasing their investment in cloud services, and they aren’t alone. So how can Systems Integrators capitalize on this trend? Consider expanding your practice portfolio to include services based on cloud infrastructure and advanced cloud management from Tier 3. Our systems integration customers have achieved proven success and business results.
Tier 3 was built from the ground up to be a complete enterprise cloud, with IaaS, PaaS and advanced cloud management on a single platform. Our capabilities for security, reliability, data sovereignty, performance, and disaster recovery exceed the requirements of even your most demanding customers.
With Tier 3, you'll be able to help your customers easily migrate apps to the cloud. And once they are on the platform, you can use Tier 3’s powerful cloud management tools to reduce support complexity.
Tier 3’s web-based admin interface helps you provision new environments, and manage those already created. These tasks are easier with Tier 3 than with any other alternative, because we automate so many of the required day-to-day activities.
Manage a group of servers in bulk. Run maintenance, patching, and update activities across many servers at once.

You now have the opportunity to “standardize” or “templatize” the cloud deployments your customers are likely to want, so you can create easily deployed, best-practice optimized environments that can be used across practice groups, team and locations. That’s where Blueprints, Tier 3’s cloud orchestration feature, becomes so valuable to your business.
Blueprints enable users to build out complex “templates” of common cloud environments. Users may include a number of complex attributes–like VM configurations, operating systems, software packages, scripts and maintenance schedules–into a single “Blueprint.” This new Blueprint may then be used in the future to create a new environment with just a few clicks.
With Tier 3, you can manage large-scale deployments without the burden of configuring and monitoring each server individually. This lets you grow your cloud without growing staff. Simply use our Server Group management capabilities with built-in inheritance to cascade permission, monitoring, and capacity limits to nested groups. You can also automatically schedule and perform management tasks, set default server configurations, install software or execute scripts across any or all servers, and adjust environment footprints as needed.
Tier 3 natively supports multi-tiered billing structures, so processing invoices and providing detailed usage reports by account is a snap. Additional, more detailed reports are available in the Control Portal as well.
Each VM and add-on service (like disaster recovery) is tracked with a unique account, so you can easily bill each customer just what they owe. Your accounting team won’t be buried trying to parse through a confusing invoice with hundreds of line-items – the breakdown is provided for you.
