To this end, Tier 3 offers a suite of cloud monitoring functions to help manage resources and keep systems online. You get notified in real-time as your app approaches critical levels that may take your app offline. Apply monitors to a single server, or to groups of servers, and adjust your resources as needed before an outage occurs.
